Need assistance with your Mac? That's why we're here. Stop in or give us a call at either our Wasilla or Fairbanks locations and our staff will be happy to help. A Quick Fix is limited to questions or problems that our staff can help you with in 15 minutes or less.

Need more time? Try one of these options!

Really Smart Bar- $30
Have questions or problems that will take more than 15 minutes to answer? The Really Smart Bar allows us to schedule dedicated time, up to 30 minutes of one on one help with a member of our Smart Bar staff.

Super Smart Bar- $70
Super Smart Bar provicdes you with up to 1 hour of one on one time with a member of our Smart Bar. This is a great option if you would like one on one training or several questions that may take more time to cover.

Please note that we will be offering Tech Services package in the near future. If you would like to have regular checkups on your system or network, ongoing onsite training and VIP care from our MacHaus Smart Bar and Certified Technicians, check back for updates on new packages.

Repairs

As an Apple Specialist and Apple Authorized Service Center, MacHaus has 3 Certified Technicians on our staff ready to repair your system. We understand how frustrating it can be when your computer isn't running as it should. With all repairs taking place at our 2 locations, you can rest assured that we will take good care of your computer and have it back in your hands happy and healthy as quickly as possible.

Repairs and Labor not covered under your Applecare Protection Plan -

Laptop Diagnosis - $65.00
Desktop Diagnosis - $50.00
Laptop/Desktop Repair - $95.00/Hour
Travel for onsite Reapirs - $50.00
(Applied for locations outside the Mat-Su Valley or greater Fairbanks area.)
Data Transfer to DVD or Computer - $50.00
Data Recovery - $100.00 if successful

On Site Calls
Need a technician to come by your home or business? Onsite Calls are billed at $100.00 plus $85.00 per hour after the first hour. A $50.00 travel fee may be applied if your location falls outside the Wasilla/Palmer area or greater Fairbanks area. Call for details and to schedule an appointment.
