Satisfied Customer

Here at the MacHaus we always strive to put the customer first. Whether it means giving free classes to teach beginner Mac users, custom ordering hardware, or doing our best to turn around repairs as soon as possible. So when a customer takes the time to thank us for our extra effort no only do we feel proud of our job, but we know that we're doing our job correctly. Recently we were able to help a customer with a repair on his G5, and this is what he had to say:

"Ben,
Just wanted to let you know that the G-5 with new power supply is working great! What I am really impressed with is that it runs more quiet now that when it was new. Thanks again for then quick turnaround also. Will try and do a better job of keeping the dust out...
Have a Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year...
John"

Thanks a lot for the kind words John, we're happy your machine is health once again!

iPhones Due December 9th

Come December 9 AT&T will replace the current Cellular One cell phone coverage here in Alaska, which means with any luck the iPhone soon will be for sale. Unfortunately due to the contract signed between Apple and AT&T the iPhone can only be sold by officially owned Apple Stores (of which there are none in Alaska), and AT&T stores. This means Alaskans can only buy official (unhacked) iPhones at an AT&T store, or on Apple's website.
